Sometimes the best way to get new clients is by asking your current and loyal clients what they think about your business. Ask them to fill out a survey and get their input on how to improve your business.
Ask them questions such as:
- What enhancements would you like to see us make?
- Are there any classes or class times we don’t offer that you would be interested in?
- Are the childcare hours we offer suitable?
- What are your favorite and least favorite things about working out here?
Make the most of your survey participation by placing a pile of surveys at the front desk and in the locker rooms. You can even send out an email survey to all your clients. Inform your staff to encourage all of your clients to participate. You can even raffle off a prize to get clients to participate.
Managing a business entails devotion, obligation, and occasional improvements. You can find the best ways to improve by listening to your client’s voice and taking action on it. Never be afraid to try new things and fail at some of them. At least through taking risks you will also find out where you’re capable of succeeding.
