Don’t just “sell” them. Instead, understand their needs.
If you just address your customers’ needs then you run into a bit of a problem: Your competitors are probably doing the same thing.
Go beyond just their needs by understanding their wants as well. You will get to know what motivates them in their lives and help them to achieve their goal. You will be capable of selling more services to them than any other local competitor.
