Health Club User Accounts 1System administrators can setup all sales representatives, clerks, managers, trainers, administrators, and other personnel with individual ID’s and passwords to allow or deny access to specific areas of the software. All point of sale (POS) transactions and changes made on member accounts are recorded for employee accountability.

Each user has user privileges in the system as to what they can and cannot do. Access is limited or can be complete, depending on the employee’s role in the facility.
